Arrow Collapse an Orelia game

Privacy Policy

Applies to the Arrow Collapse mobile game (app ID io.orelia.arrow.collapse) on iOS and Android. Last updated 29 August 2026.

The short version. Arrow Collapse has no accounts and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address or location. Your progress is saved on your phone and is not uploaded anywhere. The game does show ads and does measure how the game is played, and that happens through three Google services — AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics — described in full below.

1. Who we are

Arrow Collapse is made and published by Orelia LLC ("Orelia", "we", "us"). Orelia is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us any time at support@orelia.io, or at orelia.io.

2. There is no account

The game has no registration, no login, no email capture and no social sign-in. Nothing in Arrow Collapse asks you who you are, and there is no server anywhere that holds a profile of you. This is not a policy choice we could quietly reverse — the app simply contains no account system.

3. What is stored on your device

Your game state is written to your phone's own app storage using the operating system's standard preferences store. It is not synced, backed up to us, or transmitted to us. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

StoredWhy
Highest level unlockedSo PLAY resumes where you stopped.
Coin balanceThe in-game currency you earn and spend on hints and undos.
Stars earned per levelTo show your result on levels you have already cleared.
Which tutorials you have seenSo the game does not re-teach a rule you already know.
Sound on/off, vibration on/offYour settings.

That is the complete list. There is no free-text field anywhere in the game, so there is nothing you could type into it for us to store.

4. Advertising

Arrow Collapse is free and is funded by advertising, supplied by Google AdMob (Orelia's AdMob publisher ID is pub-4546019963675028). Two kinds of ad appear:

To select and measure those ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK inside the app collects and sends information to Google, including your device's advertising identifier (the Advertising ID on Android — the app declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission for exactly this — and the IDFA on iOS, only if you allow it, see below), IP address, device model, operating system version, coarse location inferred from your IP address, and ad interaction data such as which ads were shown and whether they were tapped. Google's own explanation of what it does with this is at business.safety.google/privacy, and the technologies used in advertising are listed at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Consent, where consent is required

On first launch the app runs Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you are somewhere that requires a consent choice — the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and other regions Google designates — UMP presents you with a consent form before the ads SDK starts, and your choice controls whether ads shown to you are personalised. If the form cannot be reached within eight seconds the app carries on without personalised ads rather than leaving you looking at a frozen screen.

iOS App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, after the consent step, the app asks Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt once — "Allow Arrow Collapse to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?" If you say no, your IDFA is not made available and the ads you see are not personalised using it. The game plays identically either way; nothing is withheld from you for declining. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Attribution

On iOS the app registers a single Apple SKAdNetwork identifier (Google's). SKAdNetwork is Apple's privacy-preserving install-attribution system: it reports to the advertiser that an install happened, without identifying you.

5. Analytics

The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is actually played — which levels people give up on, whether a booster is worth its price, whether the ad pacing is bearable. Events are tied to a randomly-generated Firebase app instance ID, not to you.

These are the events the app sends. This is the complete set — the app has no other analytics call:

AreaWhat is recorded
ProgressLevel started, level ended (with win/lose and how it ended), a new highest level reached, a tutorial begun or completed, an achievement unlocked, and which screen you are on.
DifficultyA tap on a block that could not move, a heart lost, and running out of hearts (with how many moves and blocked taps that attempt took).
Boosters and coinsCoins earned and spent, which booster was used and how it was paid for, and when a booster prompted for payment.
AdsA between-levels ad was shown; a rewarded ad was offered, started, or completed; and, for each ad impression, the revenue it earned, its currency, its format and which ad network filled it.
ShopThat the shop was opened, and from where in the game.

Alongside these, the app labels the device with a small number of properties so results can be grouped: your highest level, a coarse level band, whether ads have been removed, whether you have finished the tutorial, and whether you have ever purchased. Google Analytics itself also collects a standard set automatically — app version, device model, operating system version, language, and country derived from IP address.

None of these events carry your name, your email address, your phone number, your contacts, your precise location, or anything you have typed.

6. Crash reporting

The app uses Firebase Crashlytics so that when the game crashes we find out and can fix it. A report contains the stack trace, the device model and OS version, the app version, how much memory and storage were free, and a short trail of breadcrumbs the app left describing what it was doing — for example which level was loaded, or that a rewarded ad had just been shown.

Crashlytics supports attaching an identifier to reports so that repeated crashes can be recognised as coming from one installation. Arrow Collapse does not use it. No identifier is set, so crash reports are not linked together across sessions or to any other data about you.

7. In-app purchases

The game contains a shop offering coin packs and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Billing is not enabled in the current build — the shop's prices are placeholders and no transaction can currently be made. When billing is switched on, the purchase itself is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Orelia never sees, receives or stores your card number, billing address or any other payment credential; we are told only that a purchase of a given product succeeded.

8. What the app does not do

The app requests only two permissions on Android — internet access, and the advertising ID — and only one prompt on iOS, the tracking prompt described above. It follows that Arrow Collapse does not and cannot access:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the Google services named above, which act as our processors or, for advertising, as independent controllers of the data they collect.

9. Your choices

10. Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent — advertising personalisation — you may withdraw it at any time using the controls in section 9. Otherwise we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the game working, funded and free.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Use the advertising controls in section 9 to opt out of cross-context behavioural advertising; you will never be treated differently for doing so.

An honest caveat about both: because the game holds no account and no identifier of you, we usually cannot tell which data belongs to you, and so cannot action a request beyond pointing you at the device-level controls that actually work. Write to us anyway and we will do whatever we genuinely can.

11. Children

Arrow Collapse is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@orelia.io and we will delete whatever we can identify.

12. Where data goes, and for how long

Google processes the data described above on infrastructure in the United States and other countries, under the safeguards Google publishes for international transfers. Retention is governed by Google's own defaults for these products: Google Analytics for Firebase event data is retained for a limited period configured in the Firebase console; Crashlytics reports are retained for a rolling window; AdMob data is retained per Google's advertising policies. Because we hold no copy of any of it ourselves, we cannot extend those periods.

13. Changes to this policy

If the game starts collecting something new, this page changes before that ships, and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
