I lost my progress

Arrow Collapse has no account and no cloud save — your levels, stars and coins live only on the device you played on. That means progress does not follow you to a new phone, and reinstalling the app starts you at level one. It also means nobody but you ever has a copy of it.

We are sorry, but we genuinely cannot restore it: there is nothing on our side to restore from. If you write to us we can usually get you back to roughly where you were.

I'm stuck on a level

Every level in Arrow Collapse has been proven solvable by a solver before shipping, so a level you cannot beat is hard, not broken. Two things that help:

Work backwards. Which block has to leave last? Anything that would block its run has to go first.
Watch what falls. Clearing a block underneath a stack drops that whole stack, and can close a path you were relying on.

The hint booster will highlight a block that is genuinely safe to tap, and undo takes back the tap you regret.

An ad is broken, offensive, or won't close

We do not choose the individual ads — Google AdMob serves them. Send us a screenshot at support@orelia.io and we will report it to Google, which is the route that actually gets an advertiser pulled.

If an ad hangs, force-closing and reopening the game is safe: your level progress is saved when a level ends, and nothing is lost by restarting.

Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not by us, so refunds have to be requested from them: use Report a Problem on Apple's site, or your order history on Google Play. A "Remove Ads" purchase is restored with the Restore Purchases button in the game's shop, on the same store account that bought it.

Privacy questions and data requests

Read the privacy policy first — it lists exactly what leaves the device and what does not. For anything it does not answer, or to make a data request under the GDPR or CCPA, write to support@orelia.io with "privacy" in the subject.
