Terms of Use

Applies to the Arrow Collapse mobile game (app ID io.orelia.arrow.collapse) and this website. Last updated 29 August 2026.

1. The game is entertainment

Arrow Collapse is a puzzle game. It is not a gambling product, it pays out nothing of monetary value, and nothing in it should be relied on for any purpose beyond enjoying it.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Arrow Collapse on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the game or its assets, nor extract its levels, artwork, sounds or code for use elsewhere, except where that restriction is void under the law that applies to you.

Everything in the game — the name Arrow Collapse, the logo, the artwork, the level designs, the music and the code — belongs to Orelia LLC or is used by us under licence. The Baloo 2 typeface is used under the SIL Open Font Licence.

3. Coins, hearts and boosters

Coins, hearts, hints, undos and any other in-game item are a limited licence to use a feature inside the game. They are not money, not property, and have no value outside Arrow Collapse. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between devices or accounts, sold, or redeemed for anything of real-world value.

Because the game has no account and saves your progress only on your device, deleting the app, resetting the device, or losing the device deletes your coins and progress permanently. We cannot restore them, because we never had a copy.

We may change the price, the earn rate, or the effect of any in-game item, or retire one entirely, as the game is balanced over time.

4. Purchases and refunds

Where in-app purchases are offered, they are sold and processed by Apple or Google, not by us, under those companies' own terms. Prices are shown in your local currency by the store, and tax is handled by the store. Refunds are requested from the store you bought through — Apple's Report a Problem or Google Play's order history — because we have no ability to issue one ourselves.

Consumable items (coin packs) are delivered the moment the store confirms the purchase and are used up as you spend them. A one-time purchase such as removing ads applies to the store account that bought it and can be restored on that account.

5. Ads

The game is free and is funded by advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Ads are paced: none during the first five levels, at most one full-screen ad per three completed levels, and never immediately after a rewarded ad you chose to watch. Rewarded ads are always optional — declining one never blocks progress.

We do not control the content of individual ads. If you see an ad that is offensive, misleading or broken, tell us at support@orelia.io with a screenshot and we will report it to Google.

What data advertising involves is set out in the privacy policy.

6. Fair play

Do not tamper with the game or its saved data to obtain coins or progress you did not earn, do not use automated tools to play it, and do not attempt to interfere with the ads or measurement it depends on to stay free. We may stop the game from working for anyone doing so.

7. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orelia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data (including saved progress) or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us through the game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects statutory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.

9. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or end it if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue Arrow Collapse. Sections 3, 7, 8 and this one survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it. If a change is material, it will be noted in the app's release notes.
